Heavenly Massage & Day Spa of Schaumburg

First visit at this location and had a full leg wax with Audrey and a pedicure with Renata. Audrey was thorough, friendly and followed all sanitation above and beyond. She even showed me where the lotions and things were to help myself to apply any lotions for sensitivity before I got dressed. Renata was great, I haven't had a pedicure in over a year and it's showed. She was gentle and thorough and gave the best foot massage. Usually after the foot massage, I'm left unsatisfied, but hers left my feet tingly and relaxed. Will definitely be going back.

Ehhh the covers they use to massage you were huge they don't do your chest or your stomach at all and the worst part at the end they do not wipe you down at all from the oil they gave me two little wash cloths and said here you go bye was not worth the 70 dollars

I had an amazing massage today. A deep tissue 80 minute massage. This place always has the best service and results. Truly a must visit of you need to be pampered.

I have no idea why this place has good reviews. I’ve had a lot of massages before, and this one was definitely in the range of poor-mediocre, but more importantly this seems like a pretty bad establishment.nThe logistics: My 60min appointment was for 5:30 and I arrived ten minutes early to leave time for check in/paperwork. My therapist came out to greet me at 5:33. There was ZERO consultation; there wasn’t even a section in the paperwork saying something like “circle tension areas.” I got undressed and on the table, and there was nothing but thin little tissues over the face cradle, which were all stuck to my face by the end. Ew; and I HOPE those cradles get wiped down/sanitized. Anyways, after undressing time my massage probably started around 5:35. After, I wiped myself down and got dressed and came out, looked at my phone and it was 6:27. So my massage was 50 minutes total, not 60. Then, I saw my therapist come out at 6:33 to get her next appointment. So basically this place books their appointments back to back, not only taking time away from the clients, but giving the therapists ZERO break from a job that is extremely physically demanding. You also have to take into account the time it takes them to prep the room. I do not have any respect for establishments who treat their staff like this, which makes me understand why the massage was so mediocre. I will NEVER go to or recommend a place that takes every minute away from their staff just so they can profit a bit more and squeeze in every minute of the day.nThe massage itself: It wasn’t fluid, had very jagged movements and just felt like she was going through the motions. The movements felt... intent-less. For example, at one point she moved over a knot (good) but then put more emphasis into a movement after which was basically going right into my bone and didn’t feel great. Also, there were many times where her stomach pushed into my head and that was weird/awkward.nThe environment: not relaxing. The music wasn’t relaxing, I could hear shoes shuffling around and the chair rolling around was loud.

The manager Steve and front desk Katie is so nice ! And Maria and Linda are wonderful! If you need a massage they are a must see. Will be returning! Thank you!!
