I had a great experience. I was having an issue with my service and the assistant manager Miguel was a great help. He not only fixed my phone but provided me with great customer service. He was a funny guy and that made the experience better. Great member of team!

Disrespectful employees. When you call, puts you on hold for a long time. Sometime takes down name and call back number to never call back. They charge you $20 upgrade support fee which could be avoided if you do the upgrade online yourself. They wouldn’t give you this information because then they would lose $20.nnUPDATE: I received the following message when I sent an email to the email you provided.n“Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:nThe recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.”
Horrible costumer service. Manager is very rude and disrespectful. Doesnt know how to respect the coustmers, and talk to them nicley. Dont waste your time here.
