Staff has no respect for time of their customers. 10 minutes turned into 20, then into 30... for a quick tech fix.nSeems like a trivial wait time but when you tell the genuine checking you in that you’ve a plane to catch, and he promises a quick turnaround... you expect that the estimate is at least remotely right.nThanks to these people, I was stranded in an airport looking for my contact.
Terrific service is provided at this store location and was able to solve my issue quickly. Staff member Eric. F was wise and courteous when it came to customer support and informed me of how my issue may be resolved promptly. Overall, satisfying service!
