It was time to make the switch and move my family plan to a new carrier. I was dreading making the move. Eric was incredibly patient and made the whole process easy and clear. He gave me choices and options and didn't push me to get extras I wasn't interested in. I was completely amazed by the outstanding customer service I received here. Eric and Edwon are exemplary employees that welcomed me in to the T mobile family. If you need a new plan, a new phone, or an accessory, drop by and let them take care of you!

Eric and Edmon were tremendous, as they helped me from Verizon and now coming to T-mobile! They gave me a great promo and helped explain what all I needed to do and how to set phone up! They went beyond what there job description was and would recommend T-mobile and this stoe to anyone!

I've been having so many problems with this phone and no one seems to be able to help me walked in Hoffman Estates tmobil and Edwon help me with the problem that no other tmobil rep was able to do the other team members must not know how to handle problems I give Edwon 20 stars and tmobil should show him much love on handling his business on his jobnnThank You Edwon

Staff is friendly but unfortunately not well informed. I picked up a new oneplus device and was informed there would be a case with it so went home and ordered a good one online hoping to use the cheap case meanwhile. However no case to be found and on calling back have to pay full price for a case seems disappointing. Another issue with Netflix subscription wasn't really solved as I was told I would be eligible but after navigating a few screens I'm pretty much not. Just irritated mildly; wouldn't call it a bad store but not a great phone buying experience.
