Extremely helpful staff, professional and very accommodating. Whilst there upgrading my phone tonight, I watched Myriam and her coworker Matthew go above and beyond to help everyone in the store. They handled themselves and every customer situation really well, fast and with great attitudes. This was the second sprint store I visited today. The first store in West Dundee almost made me switch cellphone providers. I’ll only go to this location from now on. Thank you for all your help!

Matthew was super helpful in our trip to Sprint. He thought outside the box to ensure the best deal possible and I walked out with two brand new iPhone 11s. This store is all about customer satisfaction; keep up the great work Matthew, thank you again for all of your help.

The Sprint store on summit st is amazing, great customer service. Very friendly, the store manager Myriam A. Was very helpful & patient with me. Am so thankful to have had a wonderful experience while my time there. I highly recommend to shop thereud83dudc9b

Very pleased with my experience at this store. I ordered my new Notes 10+ online as I had an offer to waive the activation/upgrade fee. When the phone came 1 business day later I went back to the store and they did the rest. They offered some tips and tricks while the data was transferring. Thanks Jolina for the great service. If I have any questions I know where to go for answers.
