We found the motor we were looking for at Dons for our search and rescue boat. Purchased a 25 horsepower Evinrude. We got an amazing deal on the engine, plus a fuel can, fuel line, and 2 stroke oil as part of the purchase of the engine....we weren't expecting that. They spent the time starting the new engine for us, and going through the details of how to winterize, etc... The service was great! Will go back again as we continue to add to and maintain our fleet of boats despite the 3 hour drive to get there.
Always knowledge, helpful, and prices are very reasonable.
Lee’s was going to charge me $150 for a used coil. Dons gave me two of them for $10. Definitely going with don for all my needs from now on.
The family at Dons Marine have been taking care of my boating needs for over 20 years. They are honest, hard working people who know what they’re doing and know how to take care of their customers. As a business owner myself, I realize not every customer is easy to please, but Ben and the crew at Dons will go out of their way to treat you as family and keep your boating frustrations (which we all have) as minimal as possible.
