I have only been once but I have a say I was really impressed. I dealt with the shipping & receiving dept which was great. Very helpful. The lady in the office was fantastic. She was really kind & helped me figure out what I was sent there to pick up. Also the guys on the dock were great. They had my trailer loaded and ready to go super fast. In the truck driving business, fast and FRIENDLY service isn't so easy to come across & so I needed to share it.
So many cooks completed on my grill, and I love it. From smoking to grilling and searing, it is amazing.
Warning there scammers
I ordered the product on 09/30/20 from Camp Chef Store Tru Amazon site :)
And it’s said in 4-5 days will be and today it’s a 10/05/20 and the product is not even shipped yet :(
Shame what a customer service :(
