I recently had my brows micro bladed at this location. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. My brows were nice before the procedure however I had holes and spots that would not grow. I was tired of using brow pencils in the morning. The stylist ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She was very professional and warm. She constantly checked in with me throughout the microblading. She answered all of my questions. She continues to answer my questions via email in a very quick time. My eye brows have never looked better. I only regret not having them done earlier. The stylist is very professional. She is very culturally aware of not only what color dye but skin type. I highly recommend.
I first started going to Roya’s for eyebrow threading and tinting. Both Roya and Sabina are friendly and so great at threading. What makes my commitment to Roya’s Brow and Spa so great is that she agreed to providing eyelash lifts for me (a service she was skilled to do but didn’t previously offer). She ordered lash lift kits and has been doing them for me for the last 6 months at a great price (much lower than other spas in the area). Strongly recommend Roya’s Brow and Spa to get your brows looking RIGHT!
I absolutely love this place! But I have one problem! Whenever I go I get my eyebrows threaded and now eyelashes.. every time I get my eyelashes done not even a week later they are falling apart just this last time I decided to go get them fixed and I tried letting the lady know it was more to be done to them to fix them but of course she blew me off so I recorded a video for them the next time I go!! Let’s not forget how good of a tipper I am as well and the services are not cheapnn*****UPDATE***** Still every time I come here I have to come back and get my lashes fix! This time the young lady left my lashes clumpy with glue! And they lifting from the corner on one lash! Smh
The young lady that did my eyebrows was very kind and professional. Her name started with a M. I can't remember. She was fast. I had my eyebrows threaded. They looked amazing! I will definitely be back! Establishment is very clean! I have received all compliments on my brows!
