Ordered a custom Indian-themed wedding cake very last minute. Alicia has set up a very extensive process that really takes all the hassle out and makes the process of ordering a custom cake to smooth. I really appreciated how much detail she collected up front, giving her all of the information she needs to do her job well. We kept in touch throughout and the end product was so beautiful - people did not want to cut into it! But of course, when they did finally eat it, it was insanely delicious. Thank you Alicia - my family will be back for more!
Amazing customer service! Saved my butt this Thanksgiving with an apple pie I called in last minute and the bakery itself is so cute! I can't wait to take my daughter there, this will be our new go to bakery from now on. Thank you Sugar Pearl!
The Sugar Pearl is THE place to go for amazing desserts! Their cupcakes are divine and their rapport with customers is even more amazing. We had a tight deadline last year for an event and they came through, going above and beyond to help our community. We love you, Sugar Pearl!
After initial giving a better rating just after picking up a bday cake from Sugar Pearl. They did a great job on appearance of the cake with frosting, and filling looking and tasting great, the actual cake itself was suppose to be white. I picked the cake up Thursday, and we cut it on Saturday. The cake was an actual yellowish brown color, not white, and tasted off. It looked like something that was frozen, then thawed, definitely not a fresh cake.nnUpdate: After stopping in at Sugar Pearl toady and explaining what had happened with our ud83cudf82. I was given a store credit which we used to purchase 12 cupcakes. The cupcakes were awesome and so I'm changing my rating and giving Sugar Pearl a 5 star rating for customer service, and quality of these cupcakes.
