I was just up there with my grandma and we were seeing if we could upgrade our phones. We were iffy about the price, but let me tell you it was worth it. Canada made it so easy and understanding, even though it took a while it was worth every second. I now have a iPhone that I am very satisfied with. Thank you Canada!
Tmobile was great! and I believe this ranks at the very top of my experiences with Tmobile. FYI, i have used Tmobile for at least 15 years.. This experience was at the Glen Carbon store, Ashley was very pleasant and VERY knowledgeable!! Usually transferring information from an old phone to a new one takes hours...this time, I was done in 30 minutes. .and, I had 2 phones to do...thank you Ashley!!!!
