Entire staff was very helpful and very professional! I’m not tech savvy and they were so helpful and didn’t make me feel like a phone idiot! I HIGHLY recommend this store and give major kudos to Verizon for allowing this great team to represent them. I was warned years ago not to use this store but let me tell you they have wiped out all the bad and have added #1 representatives of Verizon. I HIGHLY recommended this store!!!!!! Thank you for all you did to make my transition to a more updated phone such an easy transition.

came here and got my iphone x and a jet pack I loved my time here the sales rep Travis was very helpful and making sure I understood my products and actually helped me lower my bill. I love this store every time I come in Travis always checks to see if he can save me money instead of selling me something before I even ask him about and upgrade . My family and I only Deal with him. I prefer to drive 30 miles from Clinton driving past 4 other Verizon's to do my shopping here with Travis.

Just received my Google pixel fro. Deandre and had a wonderful experience he mad sure I had all of my stuff transferred in no time and made sure I knew how to understand my new phone. I will definitely be back .

My parents went to get my dads sim card transferred to his new phone. He was going from an S4 to an S6, first of all the gentleman in the store questioned them about where they got the phones from, and that if it were locked he couldn't do anything about it. I purchased this phone online specifically with a Verizon plan, so I knew for a fact it wasn't locked. The sales rep also told them once he deactivated my dads S4 that we wouldn't be able to do anything with it, but FAILED to assist or even tell him about the Samsung Switch app to transfer his data to his new phone, so he had to do it by hand.
