Lack of communication in store and between district manager. I had been a customer for 10+ years and told them to come pick up their stuff and they refused. I had the furniture for 3 days and all the recliners on the couch and loveseat broke. I informed them of that and nothing was done. 2 months later they decide to pick it up and lock my account cause of damage to the furniture. They will gladly take your money... I wouldn't waste my breath or time in this place again. I bet none of the employees even stood up for us when something was said about locking our account..

Really nice people good service would recommend if you need items for a few weeks or a year.....

When changing up on computers customers need to watch as they seem to want to gouge customers by charging more than what the item or items are worth have had great service in the past but seems new management definitely not for the customer just his bonuses !
