English Valley Wellness and Massage LLC

I absolutely love Heather and the work that she does. I started seeing her due to some neck/upper back pain caused by stress. After one visit, I felt so much better. So now I see her weekly for 30 minutes. As a runner and triathlete, I need my body to be in prime condition when I race so if there is ever an ache or pain from training, I tell Heather and it’s fixed. I’m also a busy mom so I enjoy time to destress and pamper myself. Because, I deserve it. I highly recommend English Valley and Heather!

Heather has magic in her hands! I suffer from migraines and low back pain due to wearing a medical boot and walking uneven for an extended period of time. In just 30 minutes she has me feeling wonderful and back to where I need to be. She gives great advice on how to maintain the way you feel.
