This was a very overwhelming experience. There were two employees waiting for me when I walked in the door. One employee walked briskly up to me to take my temperature before the door was even closed. Which is great they are being safe but let me get in first. The other employee, also before the door even closed behind me, said she would help me shop. I let her know that I would like to just look around on my own and she wanted 'let me know how the prices worked here'. She told me that the placards sitting on top of the furniture that had the price listed was how you tell what price the items are. So, the price tag tells the price. Got it. I didn't see as big of a selection here as I was hoping or as big of a discount as I was hoping. Their furniture did look nice, however. I will not be back here purely for the aggressive employees at the door. Don't make it so obvious that you are on commission please.

We enjoyed shopping at Bob’s. The experience was great and our sales person, Lindsay, was fantastic. She welcomed us in, explained how things worked and then let us explore on our own. She would check in occasionally but wasn’t hovering or being pushy at all. The reason we didn’t give 5 stars is because of the check out process. We purchased two relatively small pieces of furniture that would easily fit in an SUV or truck but Bob’s was hesitant to allow us to pick them up and pushed us into shipping them at an added expense. We even had to talk to the manager in order for us to select customer pick up at checkout. We thought that was a little unnecessary and not super customer friendly but we get it as Bob’s is just trying to protect themselves against potential damages when customers pick up and load on their own. I just wish it wasn’t such an ordeal to simply pick up the furniture. Overall, Lindsay was great to work with and we definitely recommend working with her, the store was clean, the furniture was nice and we are happy with our experience.

The first time I went in I had time to look and many sales people were busy. The second time I came back I knew basically what I wanted. A sales person helped my daughter and son-in-law first while I waited. She was incredibly helpful to both of us. I was able to quickly get what I wanted.

Went into Bobs to just look around. Found their furniture reasonably priced- better bonus is that they have a 6 and 12 month deal if you pay off your furniture in that amount of time, no interest. Sales lady was helpful but not pushy.
