Canceled on me the day of, one hour before without even an apology and still no response for the new appointment I asked her for! Very unprofessional! IMO she has too many things going on at once. If I had canceled on her she would have charged me for it!nnResponse to ownernNo I had an appointment with you Jessica. And you still have not replied as to rescheduling, not that I would at this point. And I have screenshots showing you said you may need to move me up or reschedule for the next day, then no response to my numerous text. Then when I said I was in my way bc I had not heard back you said “I’m going to have to cancel”nNo apology and when I asked when you were rescheduling me to this day you have no responded. Just take responsibility, I’m not the only one you have done this too. People talk and word is getting around you are doing this often so please don’t try to say I had an appointment with someone who had a death to make yourself look better. Be honest.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!nI was scheduled for an appointment in early April with Jessica. However it was canceled due to COVID19 regulations. I prepaid her in March for the appointment. I was rescheduled 2 more times when regulations lifted once with Jessica and again with an apprentice/student of hers and I was canceled just before each appointment with no attempt to reschedule. I have had to dispute the charges with my bank because she refuses to refund me money for services I never received !

I scheduled appointments and they were cancelled both times. I texted the number and they claimed they didn’t know what I was talking about and would get back to me to let me know why it was cancelled . I never heard back from them. Not to mention they canceled me one hour before I was suppose to show up.
