Got a fill-in on Saturday by Monday two of my nails had started to come up went to get them repair they didn't want to fix them they had nasty attitude as if I wanted something for free they even said the color they used on my nail they didn't have so I got up and picked up the color and then the attitudes changed except for the one who repair it he did a half job left polish on my finger he didn't shape them etc.....one thing for sure I want be going back worse nail shop I ever visited I'll keep going to Opelika to spend my money
I've been here several times and I feel like a fool for spending my money there. This place has very poor service. They don't seem to care about the people that they serve. What's even more disturbing is that this shop is Asian owned in a Black town, yet the owners and employees don't seem to respect their customers. I truely would NOT recommend going here or spending your money here.

When i enter the shop instead of them asking you to wash your hands while the pandemic is out that failed at that also they rush threw their work my nails always comes out uneven !!! Its pore customer service here ...just point blank period i even showed the man a picture of how i want my nails he gave me the complete opposite
