Great customer service, exceptional care. I was a walk in and they were able to squeeze me in with minimal wait time. Explained why she was doing what she did while cutting my hair which was super awesome. I really enjoyed understanding the process. Bangs came out great, layers are great, and overall feel better about my hair. Thank you!

I went to a different location and had a terrible experience... I was so upset that I came to this Great Clips for a redo hoping they could fix it. SHAKINA really saved the day!! I owe it all to her. She was so friendly and attentive to what I wanted. My hair looks so much better now that she fixed it. I will always come back to this location for a haircut.

I forget her name but the black lady with the short hair was super friendly and professional. Cut my hair the exact length I asked for, good price!
