They are not on the same page everybody says something different pertaining to info you ask or information trying to obtain. I wish they would properly train these people and to also have respect also in their communication and how they carry themselves. Sometimes they don’t follow protocol. It’s more pick and chose who you will help the most and go above and beyond for and the others are treated like peasants

It would be nice to be able to pay fines (tickets, etc.) online through a secure website.

They don't no the laws and don't know how do there jobs.. Call two times and no call back. They don't help out all
