I would probably give zero stars is possible. It's been almost a week past the expected delivered date, I haven't seen anything about my package. The expect deliver date was Dec 8, I got a message on the 14th 5pm saying that my item was delivered and was signed by me, but no, I was all the way in Georgia and my family said that no one ever came to my house and they never saw a single package in front of out door. Never going to have any contact with them again.nEdit: I called them for 30 mins and no one bothered to answer.nEdit: its been 50 mins and nobody answered, there's no way u have so much guest u need to take care during a pandemic, see what I'm saying? THEY DONT CARE
I received both not just one but both of my packages and they were both shattered in pieces. I ordered 2 picture frames from a friend that lives elsewhere and I received both of them shattered. How do I get my money back for both frames?
Clerk and carriers are RUDE! I have been in multiple times and got terrible service each time.
