This is my favorite place ever to get nails done! I live in Tuscaloosa and continue to come back biweekly. Friendly staff who always remember your name and face. They are all very attentive to what you would like have done. Jon did my nails and I love them! Theresa is just as kind and sweet. She definitely is one of the most talented nail techs when it comes to design.
Made an appointment for 5:30. For 2 manicures and 2 pedicures. Waiting until 7:35 before we decided that was enough of waiting around. It wouldn’t have been so bad if two people that came in AFTER us, got done before we even started.nI used to love this place. It’s going down hill, quick.
I have been here for a manicure a few times and they were great! Today I waited over an hour to get a pedicure and watched as they started working on a woman who came in long after I was already waiting. I will not be back.
UNFRIENDLYnI went to this place yesterday and took my grand-daughter. We walked out WITHOUT what we wanted.nThey charged my grand-daughter 18.00 to paint her nails, was suppose to be regular polish but the guy use gel.nI ask for a Bright Neon Pink, I walked out with a Pale Pink and they tried to play it off. So they don't know their polish colors.nWILL NEVER GO BACK
They are awesome. Very good work. Always love my nails and eye brows
