I went here through the drive through for my usual order today- the vanilla bean coolatta with whipped cream. What they give me is a medium cup of milk. Nothing but milk. Not even vanilla no whipped cream just milk. Won’t be going here anymore. Could have made my own cup of milk at home with a gallon the same price of the cup that was paid for.

I like a lot of their drinks but I usually ask for half of their normal syrup/flavoring in their coffee drinks because otherwise I can't drink them because so sweet. Also if you want donuts beware that they quit making them by 5 or 6ish so variety gets limited quick. Can't tell you how many times I have went there in the evening and they only have maybe 6 kinds of donuts available hours before they close.

I went here today to order drinks for my place of employment and what’s the first thing I see? Almost every employee within sight without their masks on. To make things even better, one of them was wearing a blue lives matter mask that wasn’t even on her face properly. Politics DO NOT belong in the workplace. Will not be returning. That was pitiful. Nice job.

They need to hire people to work specific areas of the store. Me and two other walk-in customers waited well over 20 minutes before being served due to every employee filling drive thru and mobile orders. Customer service should not be neglected because of poor planning.

Never adds enough sugar even when I say triple the amount it tastes the same lol.... and has given me the wrong flavor a few times. Still a good place though...
