I ordered a 6 piece kit from them. The kit came with about a 6in gash in the Finnish. I called and spoke to ROBERT, he said he would look into getting me a new drum. He said they stated it would be the end of the year for the drum to arrive, mind you I bought the kit February 2018. 2019 I reached out to them ( Robert ) and he wanted 250.00 deposit to send me the good drum. The kit was only 900.00 and he wants 250.00 to swap the drum. This is a very unprofessional business 6 divided 900.00 is 150.00 I would NOT recommend you or anyone purchase anything from them due to the poor customer service. I would have left no star as to that’s what business ethics they choose to use. Last I sent them a email stating I wouldn’t pay the deposit and I have heard nothing from them/him as expected....nnPoor business guys, poor business!!!!
