Went there today to get my phone changed over from AT&T to their service and was treated great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the young man had my phone taken care of In just a few minutes. The two employees that were there talked to me and carried out a conversation while my stuff was updated. No high pressure sales attempts or anything like that. Could not be happier with my experience today.

It's nice to see/have a store/company that provides outstanding customer service! Dave was fantastic to work with and got us all setup, we took advantage of the Unlimited 55+. My wife needed a new phone and there were several to choose from, mine phone was fine. Dave setup my wife's account and then moved my phone and tablet over to her account so both phones are Unlimited 55+, since I'm not quite old enough. Everything went great, we weren't pressured to buy this, this, and that. Welcome to WV T-Mobile! Thanks for coming!

This company is here to provide phone and internet service. The service is horrible. Tried the home internet, took 7 phone calls over 2 days to order. When it did not preform well at my home it took 5 hours and no less than 15 phone calls to request a return. I don’t care if they are giving away free money, I will not deal with them EVER again.

This T-Mobile Store Denied Me T-Mobile Service back in October 6th 2020 and they were trying to tell me that i would not receive any Signal/Service where i Live well they Lied!!ud83dude21ud83dude21 Well i see that i do get coverage they just didn't want me to have T-Mobile service because i have At&t.well i have The Samsung Galaxy A71 dual Sim so they made an excuse up just to deny me. Well i now have At&t and T-Mobile in my Dual Sim slots and i would highly recommend ordering from Amazon a T-Mobile Sim card instead of going to this no class having store the People here are morons!!ud83dude21ud83dudcafud83dudcafud83dudcaf

Why do we even need to give this place a star. Went there to add service to my account. Chic, I mean sales associate couldn't even work the phone. Let not talk about how rude they are. But thats ok, called customer service and got business taken care of.
