LG sent these guys out to the house to inspect my damaged LG OLED TV. They came and inspected the TV and was told they would order the new replacement screen under warranty and said they would call when received. After waiting over a month I call today and was told that they will no longer be doing warranty work and to call LG. Horrible customer service.

Decent selection of electronics, especially high end home theater equipment. Doesn’t have much on the front for a budget shopper because it does seem like a specialty electronics & home theater store.
