I came into the store over a year ago to see if T mobile had coverage in Clay County and was assured that they did; so i switched to T mobile and everything was fine for 11 months and suddenly I am told that Clay County isn't in their area .
Shonda and Dave are the best!! We have had the best customer service!!
Customer service here is not the best... When I was there everyone had different shirts, hoodies, jackets and jerseys on so its hard to tell who is working there and who the manager was. When ever you go in there the first thing they do is talk poorly about another carrier as soon as they have the chance and to me that is not the way to win a customer over.
The store may be great, but don't make the mistake of switching because the customer service team for TMobile is terrible! Thank goodness I cancelled before getting locked in!
