I ordered 5 dozen cupcakes from Patsy a week ago for My Dad's 91st Birthday party! They were so good! Patsy's so friendly & Awesome! I wanted 2-1/2 dozen chocolate & 2-1/2 dozen white with butter cream frosting, they came out perfect! Thank You Patsy!
I was hoping that this review would have been a good one. But seeing as I have tried to contact you via messenger, texts and phone and have been ignored. I was told by you Amy Sage the owner of the company that I would be issued a refund, with in the week and that was over a month ago. I understand when you said you do not give refunds but in your own words you stated “since I have not started on your cake, I will give you a refund.” I would’ve liked to have used you in the future but if this is how you are going to conduct business, I will go elsewhere. You may forget that Wills Point is a small town and word travels quickly. I hope that I hear from you regarding this matter.
I decided to edit my review after several more trips to Sugar Frenzy.I still enjoy the decently priced food.I however have found the owner to not be very friendly.I have seen her many times and never even had a simple hello.The other works seem to be very helpful and warm.
Awesome place ud83dudc4d coffee, warm pretzels nothing better.
Our gourmet cupcakes were really dry and tasted pretty old.
