They offer courteous and friendly service. Danielle always has a great attitude and is very helpful, which must rub off from Don the manager. They work with your circumstances as well so you can feel comfortable entrusting your items in one of their units!
This is a great storage facility. Don has been so helpful and kind to us throughout our time renting a unit from here. I was here for over a year and am sad to leave, but the property is always clean, it’s easy to pay for online, and customer service from Don is wonderful. Don also makes the office smell great.
I was going through a breakup and was having a hard day. Had to put all my stuff in storage and move in one day all alone. Wasnt fun. Beatrice helped me get a great day and was super personable and kind a as well as helpful and understanding. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you Beatrice you are awesome!
Don from the mill plain location is extremely helpful & understanding! I have had a couple storage units through out the years & have only wanted to deal with him each & every time! So thankful.
