I have gone to the Walmart pharmacy in Manor since we moved here 7 years ago. The staff is always kind, courteous and patient. Many of them have become my friends. My two favorite is pharmacists are Ismail and Diu.
Everytime I call or go in to the Manor Walmart Pharmacy, everyone is always so nice and friendly. I call for my monthly script and never remember my rx number and the associates are always willing to help me fill it. Kelrick is always so nice and remembers me whenever we talk or I come in. Everyone is so great, but Kelrick sure knows how to make his customers feel welcome.
Awful! They lose my script every time. Every time they tell me I have never had a prescription at Walmart and then after a long battle they tell me my insurance is expired. After almost 4 years and 2 insurance companies it’s the same song and dance. The last 2 times I called another Walmart and they found me and gave me the RX number. I got tired of this and had HEB in ELGIN call them to transfer. When I go to HEB it runs perfect. Why can other Walmart’s and HEB have no problem finding my information?? Don’t waste your time and energy.
I went to pick up my prescription after 4 hours finly got it a simple ointment lots of excuses people there don't like their jobs
If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely uncalled for how rude and unhelpful this place is. Never on time they refuse to answer the phone. Just awful if you have another choice do it, avoid the frustration.
