Took very little time to check in, check out equipment. Reserved truck and dolly size was unavailable, was given upgraded at no additional cost. Return and check-in was with ease. I highly recommend this location.
Rented a truck from them a few months ago. The process was seamless. They give me detailed instructions on how to return the truck in case I came back after hours, as it was evening. Dropped it after hours and came back the following day to check if everything was ok, and they said everything was good. The lady at the counter was very pleasant, over all great experience.
U-Haul is it very good company when it comes to doing business with them specially if you're moving even if it's out of state except they could be a little bit cheaper than what they are other than that their service is really good I would recommend them to family friends and even to coworkers
