Been a T-Mobile costumer for a long time but the costumer service that I receive today from Charisa at this location was the best I had at a T-Mobile store.
I usually go to this location was in need of a new phone because my galaxy8 was ruined the guy that helped me was so lazy I've been a customer for awhile now you would think they would be more attentive I asked to see the phone and he said he couldn't turn it on like really? He ended up turning it on and since I had no choice but to get a new phone I ended going with the lgk51 phone was absolutely terrible!! I'll never go from Samsung to LG lesson learned and I'll never buy a phone from someone so lazy again update went to the watauga location yesterday got me another Samsung super nice phone I had the lgk51 less than two weeks thank you mauricio for truly being attentive and helping me get the phone I truly liked !! Watauga location customer service is alot better!
Very helpful bunch at this store. I was greeted by every single employee and the service was great from the rep that helped me. If I can find his name I will update this post.
Can’t speak for the others in the store, but Taylor was extremely helpful. He patiently listened to our issues and was extremely professional. If he can help you or not he will do his best.
Love love loved the environment of this location! Becca was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to get me the phone I wanted, with a great deal! I recommend her if you’re looking to switch over or help with an upgrade.
