Michael from DFW Security did an excellent job installing my new security system today. Installed new smart panel, glass break sensors, motion sensors and added my existing sensors into the new system. Michael did an outstanding job explaining each step of the installation to me and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He moved one of my existing sensors and made an excellent recommendation for a new sensor which I had not thought of. DFW Security: this is the guy to send to new customers to give a good first impression of your services. He is an outstanding representative for service above and beyond normal performance.

Larry was a great technician for DFW security. Professional and efficient the minute he walked into my home. Asked appropriate questions and got right to it. No issues. No head aches. Larry came in to connect my garage and he did a wonderful job. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing. I ask about my panel because it was not connected to the internet, he told me that he could do that while he was here and he did. Once he finished he noticed that I didn’t have glass break protection in my house. He explained to me what glass break was and the benefits of it. He installed those for me. He was very patient and explained everything, tested everything to me. Larry is a genuine person that cares about people and their safety. Thank you Larry for all you did today. It is very much appreciated. He was also early and he gave me a courtesy text to see if it was okay to come early. Very respectable. Thanks againnCarolyn Scott
