I was so excited to get my wash from this company, and ended up disputing the charge after not recieving it for over a month and a half when I live-in the same metroplex as the company. Reached put several times via email and finally got a brief response via instagram. Funny how the label was created after that convo but never sent. Paypal refunded me. Such a disappointment, seeing the social media stories and posts then lack of follow through with products when are actually purchased.

Placed my order on May 19th and it’s Aug 11th. Never received my product. I disputed with my bank in June and she finally responded in July saying I didn’t provide her with an address. I sent her a screenshot of our responses which contained my address and she never responded back. She is always on Instagram but can not seem to respond back to her complaining customers. If I could give her a negative star I would. I know many blacked own businesses, well small businesses in general complain about how customers buy orders and lie about not receiving them to get a refund back. It is a shame that she has so many customers wanting her products. She is a disgrace to everyone. What a shame.

Horrible Bussines ! This person was quick to respond when I asked how should I send her money but when it was time to to actually send my stuff she went ghost on me ! I placed the order may 19! We’re now on July 2nd no word from her at all she will not even view my messages on Instagram but she is always active she has replied to a friend of mine regarding my stuff but not to me lied saying she would send it and still has not! Finally today I sat on the phone with my bank for several minutes to dispute this charge! Very disappointed and horrible way to handle Bussines!
