Was prepared to go in and purchase 2 new phines but after the rude attitude i recieved for what ever unknown reason, i left and g0t the 2 same phones cheaper and quicker from a location a mile away. Never going back to this one, will gladly drive the extra miles
They have NO iphones to browse through. They only have 1 or two to choose from like come on now !! They never answer the phone , and dont even get me started on how rude these folks are. WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND .
The young man, Sunny, who helped me was very professional and attentive when I came in to get my iPhone replaced. Not only was he quick to get my phone activated, he was genuinely happy to answer all my questions. It's the first time in 7 years that a MetroPCS employee has made me happy with the service I've received and I will for sure return to this location for future inquiries and services.
They Never answer the damn phone! Its irritating..
