Spray tan before leaving for vacation. My daughter recommended this place over a local tanning salon. I had questions on services they provided from the web-site. For a week I tried to contact multiple times by phone and email with no response. I even stopped by the salon during hours of operation and the shop was closed. Left a note still no response went back by the salon and the note was still at the door. After a week they finally contacted me apologizing for the difficulty I have had. They did not offer any type of explanation or discount. I was uneasy in making an appointment but did anyway since my daughter and other local cheerleaders like them. I decided to go ahead and cancel my appointment with the other salon and went to them. When I showed up NOBODY was there!!!! I tried to call to see if maybe they are running behind for my appointment. After waiting for 30 minutes I left and NEVER received a call from the salon. By that time it was too late to go to the other salon and I went on vacation without my spray tan.
