Kimberly is the go-to for knowledge, patience and eager to assistance. She is pleasant and professional. She’ll go the extra mile to help explain it all with a smile (under her ud83dude37) and give you all the options available to you for upgrades, plans, fees, trade-in vs payoff. We had just gone in for a quick sims card update to all our (Sprint) iPhone. To do that is quick and simple. We walked out with a new iPhone 12 and saving around $100 a mnth moving forward on our new (T-Mobile) service.
