Matt and Viviana were a HUGE help working through a number of issues from my previous provider. Definitely recommend using them to anyone who has T-Mobile or Sprint!

The service these guys and girls give is amazing. They always make me feel welcome especially Martin Romeo Michelle Jordy Ejaz. As soon as I walk in I feel like family so the drive from Lewisville to them is worth it.
It was a somewhat okay experience . The line wasn’t long and I end up getting some service here . The bad part was the agent who was helping me lied about my plan . She made me sigh something to take off a certain Protection plan so I can pay for a phone in full so she can get more commission . Contacted customer care immediately and told me they will handle this . Otherwise I did have a nice time there
