“Premium” bagels which should be thick like normal bagels were too thin to be sliced. Employee tried to serve me an unsliced bagel with cream cheese on top before asking if I preferred something else. If it couldn’t be sliced, don’t offer it in the window.
The shop was not tidy and the employees had their masks where they did not cover their mouth or nose. Didn’t even bother ordering at that point and opted to head down to my gate.
This was the most ridiculous experience I've ever had in an airport. They weren't doing bagel sandwiches OR speciality drinks (which is literally like 3/4 of the menu). They also didn't know how to use our airline vouchers (every other place we went did). Whoever owns or manages this place should exile themselves from the service industry - you're just not cut out for it.

I'm stop by with my coworkers to buy some coffee and bagels. They employees are awesome and courtesy, well done.
