I first called to get a massage and wanted to know about a facial. The lady that answered the phone was sweet and kind. She answered all my questions and offered to book it for me. I received a facial at 4pm with Levi, and a hot stone massage with LT.nBoth of them very professionally and made me feel comfortable. Levi Explain extra services to me, and told me in his opinion what would be a better skin care choice for me. I ended up getting a dermabrasion, and it was wonderful. LT wasn't offended that I brought my own body butter lotion to use. She took some out and but it in her own jar and used it.nCan't wait for my next appointment. Oh and the prices are great as well!

Had a wonderfully rejuvenating and hydrating facial with Levi and the most relaxing and restoring massage with Martin. It’s been the best birthday weekend ever!! The front desk staff is helpful and very informative as well. I love hand and stone and the individualized treatment they offer. ❤ufe0f

I have been coming here for massages for over a year now, I see Martin and he does amazing work! He always relieves the tension on my back and I leave feeling so much better.nI’ve been curious about their facials, so today I saw Levi for the first time for a session. I have been struggling with acne and didn’t know where to start for treatment; Levi was super accommodating to my skin and my needs, he also has the cutest set up and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.nnI am excited to come back for my nexts sessions with Levi and Martin!

This place was so relaxing! Clean and great staff! As a mother of three children I needed a relaxing service, this was definitely the place for that! We are on vacation and I will come back when I’m here again!nnZabar did my massage. He made sure my knots were out. (I had a lot!) definitely made my body feel whole again! He is a cool guy! Kaitlyn did my facial she told me about my skin and what care I needed she was very gentle with her products! She is a sweet person!

I want to say first off how sad I am to give a two star review. I've been coming to this location for years and I LOVE the services. This review has NOTHING TO DO with services. The therapists behind the scenes are AMAZING people and I'll keep going for them. This review is for the poor customerr service with handling problems with my gift cards. I've waited THREE months for the district manage to fix my cards. Every call to the spa is met with he's working on it. He's never returned my calls and neither has the manager reached out to me to see it's been handled. Even other spa locations have tried to help me to no avail. So my advice...DON'T buy gift cards, check your receipts .
