Great customer service from the area manager. The ideal image team is dedicated towards getting you great results that make you happy. With doing laser hair removal and finishing my contract I loved my results. My problem areas had hair that was so dark and thick to begin and after 9 sessions I had little to no hair. The team also has helped me schedule touch up sessions as needed to keep my progress on track!

They always make you feel very comfortable. COVID rules are followed 100% and that is appreciated. The techs are very in tune to the procedure and if you need to take a break. Everyone is very friendly. I am getting great results.

Donna is the one that did my treatment. She did a fantastic job. She took her time to be certain she did the right spots and she was very thorough in her discharge instructions. This was the Fort Worth location. Thank you Donna!

This is my second time here for Laser Ideal Image Fort Worth and I love it! The prices are not expensive and the ladies and staff are really nice and helpful! I will definitely be back in about a month for my third treatment.
