Mixed review. I went in a couple of years ago and I still haven't been able to shake this experience. The massage was really awesome. Seriously, one of the best ones I've ever gotten in my life. Here was the problem, we didn't know that they had a mandatory 20 to 25% tipping policy, in cash. Like most people now, I don't carry that much, I think I had 10 bucks in my car, and my friend had another 10. They were really displeased, and I definitely felt like they were trying to shake me down for more money. The whole thing was shady, and I will never go back now. I would have been happy to tip the appropriate amount next time, but there was very much a guilting and intimidation technique for something that was not listed on their website. If you want that much money, write it into your prices.

Amazing. Pretty standard on the price as well. The only thing I didn't like woz after the body massage you have to switch rooms to get the foot massage but they were both great

We made an appt for 6:30p and drove over 45 mins to get there. We showed up 5 mins early and were told we would have to wait for an hour. I explained that I made an appt and also called again to confirm the appt, but Ken kept saying it was going to be another hour. Assuming they gave our appt to someone else on accident, but won’t know since he wouldn’t explain. Just kept saying that it would be an hour. Very unprofessional and they need a better system for appointments. Wasted our time and gas.

The closest thing to torture that I’ve ever experienced. No personal info was requested from me or my husband, such as what massage preferences were. They simply walked into the room, laid hands on, and started the torturous kneading. One of them couldn’t speak directly to my husband because he didn’t speak English. My masseuse had to translate and direct him to adjust his pressure. Afterward, we were not even offered water, which is customary after releasing toxins during massage. We left standard tips on the massage tables, and they asked my husband for more tips on his way out. This place is the absolute worst, most unprofessional that we’ve ever seen. Avoid avoid avoid!
