All I can say is the customer service here is phenomenal. There was a slight misunderstanding after speaking to a call center representative, about the 25% off discount. However, Rachel (manager) explained everything thoroughly and pointed everything out on the agreement for more clarification. She is a true gem, and she has a great sense of humor; I hate the fact that she is relocating to another CubeSmart location. Sorry for the 3 star I was not finished when my phone posted. Definitely a 5 star rating. Excellent customer service and the place is so clean. Love how the lights come on automatically as you are walking through the building.
First time renting a storage unit and our experience was terrific. Renae (forgive my spelling), was so helpful and patient with us. We are happy with this storage facility and highly recommend this place.
Clean, well-run storage. Easy access, but the staff (Renee) is super helpful and friendly if needed. Prices aren't bad.
