Definitely rude. Felt rush throughout the whole transaction from a DISTRICT MANGER!! So disrespectful & disappointed. The other two ladies were super nice and friendly. Definitely not doing busy here again.
Phenomenal customer service! Marie was so kind and friendly. She took the time to show me different options for my price range, while Joseph helped me find the right accessories.
After T-Mobile bought sprint or however it was done customer service has gone to hell in a handbasket. Walked in to store after customer care told me to return my hotspot to the store to get it exchanged because it stopped working (first store said they could not help me because they were not a sprint store originally) 2 stores later nothing has been resolved. Sad part is we’ve been with sprint for over seven years with multiple lines and have warranty on all devices through them.nnMaybe it’s time to switch over to another provider.nnWould not recommend T Mobile !!!!!!
Rude as usual, and don’t know what they are doing. Since they are a third party store they think it’s okay to be rude and commit fraud. They’ll gladly sell you anything but when you need help or have an issue they’ll send you to corporate because that’s not their issue.
