So I recently switched to T-Mobile got told my bill in total was going to be $150 ish. But then they started charging me $225. So I asked them to fix they wouldn't this took several phone calls and round trips to T-Mobile store. Finally fixed my payment from there mistakes. And now a refund is a big pain. So they won't admit they messed up my billing and account. Out of my packet $150 and not including gas money. Now I need more than a refund.

if u get the right sales person (usually do) they are really good!! this is the only sprint i go to around close (i live in w'ford) if i need tech help etc, others must hire just ppl off the street...ugghhhnonly gripe i have the guys behind glass (still haven't figured out their purpose) could help front w/questions and geez SMILE ..

Karviar provided the best customer service I had received in a while. He was patient and answered all my questions with no problem. Best service I have had at any sprint store.

I was in the store the other day and Jered took the time to explain everything,and made it really easy. It's nice when an employee takes the time to help customers understand and make their visit less stressful. One of the best experiences shopping for a phone I've ever had. Very professional and completely earned my buisness.

The visit began just seeking info on what I needed (money wise)to have in order to upgrade.. To sum up a GREAT visit... I have a new phone and my day turned into one of the greatest day EVER. This store is amazing customer service topped any store I’ve been to and I recommend you take the drive to get you a new phone etc..
