I went to get a new phone line, but the people work there they treat me like nobody ud83dude12, I'm disappointed ud83dude1e. They didn't give me the chance to tell them what I need maybe because I'm Mexican!

Needed help with an iphone se. Karla was super sweet and helpful and quickly solved my issue with switching to metro. Would recommend her 10/10

Went to the store to reset my pin with my id and was told that i couldn't? It's the corporate store which is basically the main store and solely controlled by metro by t-mobile. So why do i have to go to a tiny dealer and wait on the phone with some damn operater. They give false information and refuse to do there job right. I know how this company trainings go and they show that with id they can bypass and correct the info . Very unprofessional establishment will not recommend

My son just got an upgrade here. This is the only only ONLY Metro I will go to! Maribel was awesome ud83dudc4c and so friendly and knowledgeable!
