Excellent customer service on purchase of used guitar online from guitar center website. Guitar center has a huge selection of used gear online that can be found on the guitar center website by searching under the used menu.nnI had a problem placing an order due to my credit card. I called and reached the manager of the store Richard who took the time to research the problem. And was able to help me by manually placing the order for me. He took the time to explain the condition of the guitar and let me know that it was excellent.nnHe made sure I was happy with my purchase before we shipped it out. I look forward to receiving this beautiful used guitar.nnI highly recommend guitar center as well as the guitar center online website.

Gerald the Guitar tech is a Certified Wizard with any kind of Guitar...In other words he can repair or modify any Guitar that you can bring him.nI own a Gibson 63’ ES-335 “Block” (Like Clapton’s) that I DON'T EVEN LET ANYONE LOOK AT, But I trust Gerald to do anything with it.nOn top of all that Gerald Ray is an amazing Guitar Player who mesmerizes large crowds of people all around North Texas with his wonderful fretwork just about every weekend!

The salesmen there have always seemed kinda snobbish. Went in Saturday, 3/20, with $500 to spend for a guitar. Found a Squire package deal for $350. I had an old decent Squire that sounded good that I wanted to trade in. They could've offered me $20 and I'd accepted. Instead James refused to offer me anything. I took my money elsewhere. Now I see why they're going bankrupt.

Very professional and helpful staff, and usually awesome options available. (Although in fairness, at this point with covid how it is, their stock is quite low.) But personally I believe that the fact that they will still gladly help and try to find you the best options despite availability just proves how awesome these folks are.
