I went to get some help with my husband's phone and my screen saver. All the young man said he did not have stock available for our phones and for me to check elsewhere. That was it. There was no other client in the store and all three employees had their phones out messing with them. Okay, what happened to an employee trying to look for help online. Why would I drive down there, ask for help and be sent to another store. Sorry but one star is generous.
Love the staff here! Bri is awesome and is very attentive! She helped me with my kids when I was in there alone! Even short staff Bri and George runned that store amazingly when they got slammed! Thanks for the great experience and can’t wait to come back and get my husband his upgrade!

David was the employee who helped me and my sister out when she cracked her phone screen. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Tmobile is a great company and this store is great. I've been going to this site for a while and always gotten great service. They treat you right.
