I got a $210 set of sheets for 75% off. They had some hella deals going on. Saw a $500 comforter for $200. Great deals on bedding. Also saw a huge executive desk originally $6k on sale for $3200.

Macy's store in Fort Worth looks like it's seen much better days. The store itself looks rundown, the carpet is stained, and displays in the household goods are shabby. I was looking in the bedding department and many shelves were bare or very nearly empty. Merchandise was disorganized and looking sloppy. It's sad to see a store that was once so beautiful look like this now, especially at Christmas, when all the stores always used to look bright and sparkly, exciting to shoppers. I think we're seeing the end of an era of in store retail. People prefer the convenience of online shopping. As for me, I'm not a fan. I prefer to shop in person. So I'm sad to see that go away.

I really thought it would be a great experience but please do not waste your time. I purchased mattresses, got a new credit card with the co. (Just for the purchase). It took 6 hung up calls (more than 6 hours on the phone) within 2 days and $1000+ later and still no top notch Customer Care or Concern . The delivery guys failed to ring the door bell(I have 4 dogs) so we missed our delivery and hopefully 10 days from now after 30+ days I will have my daughters birthday gift ud83dudc4eud83cudfffnnSincerely, Frustrated & Unhappy
