I bought 2 regular pretzels and 1cup of cinnamon bites. Today around 6:35 or so. Pretzels and bites were very hard which tells me they've been sitting there all day!! What a disappointment!! I tried to call but no answer! We wanted to enjoy our pretzels but we had to through them out!! And they aren't cheap either!!!

Excellent pretzels greatest service
The service was ok. They did make fresh ones because I was needing more. The issue I have is that they let someone go behind the counter and take one out of the display case and give it to there child. I wouldn’t think this is appropriate behavior for a employee or a family member of one. I also wouldn’t think management would approve items for free for employees or family members.
How do you expect to get any thing here when you walk up and there employee sitting on there countertop
