Updated review: Got food poisoning from the sausage rolls. Thankfully only the adults ate them and it the kids.nnFamily and I love this donut shop. They always have something special for the kiddos and yummy concoctions for everyone. I don't like the donut shops that sell the oversized donuts, these are just the right size and they don't skimp of fillings. Plenty of parking and the staff are helpful. There have been times I've felt rushed, their selection can be overwhelming in a good way, but they always seem nice.
I ordered birthday donuts for my son and when I got there they had given my order to someone else very disappointed.
First time coming here and absolutely loved it. Donuts were perfect and service was great. Will be stopping by here when I’m around this area
This Place is AMAZING!! They have the BEST customer service which is hard to find today! They always do such a great job perfecting every order!!
When ordering something festive, Halloween ish, I called and asked if the Dales folks could make donut holes in a pumpkin or other Halloween theme. The gal said she could do pumpkins, she would frost the holes in orange and put sprinkles on them. It would be custom and cost a bit more. I have to say....those precious jack o lantern donut holes, complete with carved faces, green sprinkles across the tops and a piece of pretzel stick were certainly more than I expected. They were perfect and thank you, Dales Donuts on Hulen street for going the extra step and making a big impression on a customer. Will definitely be back.
