Pulled up to the drive thru, and the lady asked us to wait. Understandable. We waited over 7 minutes before she finally realized she forgot us. Got our iced cappuccino's and she forgot the French vanilla. Not happy I paid $8 for coffee that I can't drink. What happened to the nice friendly country girl that worked here? Bring her back. Friendly and gets your drink right.
I stop in here once or twice every week. The service is horribly slow every time. This morning when I stopped in, one of the ladies was preparing breakfast sandwiches and the other lady was filling a drink machine with ice. I stood at the counter for 3 or 4 minutes waiting for somebody to acknowledge me but no such luck. The same thing happened last week when I stopped in - the same lady was filling the machine with ice and I had to wait for at least 10 minutes to be waited on. Maybe they’re understaffed, I don’t know. It’s pretty ridiculous that they don’t even acknowledge their customers though!
